Shared rooms start from $250 a week. Private rooms and whole apartments vary depending on the room, the building, and whether it has an ensuite or a view, so we price those individually when we send you your options.

Your fully furnished home, high speed internet, professional support for your whole tenancy, and access to the building's amenities.

Utilities aren't included in your rent. They're billed monthly in arrears based on your actual usage. You'll get an invoice from the utilities provider directly and pay it by the due date. It means you only ever pay for what you used.

Yes, and it is refundable at the end of your tenancy, subject to the terms of your lease. $750 per person for a shared room, $1,500 for a private room, $3,000 for a whole apartment. One week of rent is paid alongside the bond before you move in. Exact amounts are confirmed before anything is signed.

With the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority, the Victorian government body that holds rental bonds. Your bond is lodged with them rather than kept by us, and you are given the lodgement details. It is not our money to hold, and it cannot be spent.

A valid photo ID or passport, your contact details, employment or study information, your visa if you have one, and anything else needed to approve the tenancy. We'll tell you exactly what applies to you.

Absolutely. Many of our residents secure their accommodation before arriving in Australia. We handle the whole thing remotely.
