What isn't included
One thing, and we'd rather you heard it here than in week three.
Utilities
Electricity and water aren't in your rent. The provider bills you directly each month, in arrears, based on what you actually used. So a quiet month costs less than a heavy one, and you're never paying for someone else's usage.
You'll get the invoice from them, not from us, and pay it by the due date on it.
