Referral Terms

1. Referral Reward Amount

  • AUD $250 for every successful referral who signs a lease for a shared room or private room.

  • AUD $300 for every successful referral who signs a lease for a whole apartment.

2. A referral is considered successful only when the referred person:

  • signs a lease with PrestigeStays;

  • moves into the property; and

  • has paid all required upfront payments (including bond, first rent and any applicable fees).

3. The referral must be submitted through the PrestigeStays referral form before the referred person signs their lease.

4. If multiple people refer the same person, the referral reward will be paid only to the first valid referral received.

5. There is no limit to the number of successful referrals one person can make.

6. The referral reward will be paid by bank transfer within 14 days after the referred tenant has moved into the property.

7. The referred tenant must remain in the property for at least 14 days. If the tenancy ends before this period, no referral reward will be payable.

8. PrestigeStays reserves the right to decline a referral where fraudulent, misleading or duplicate information has been provided.
